Project Textbook qualifies under Code 700 contributions to socio-economic development (SED). This means
if a business enterprise with an annual turnover between R 5-million and R35-million donate 1% of net profit after tax, they will receive 25 points towards their BEE scorecard. Enterprises with an annual turnover of over R35 million would need to contribute 1% of net profit after tax to obtain 15 points.
